The environment you are working in :

The scripting / sequencing is done in the WPIM team (Workplace Implementation), and is in charge of the streaming of the applications to thin client environment under Citrix.

* Development of automated application streams.

* Analysis of issues related to the deployment.

* Documentation of the delivered streams

Language : Ndls/ANgl or Angl/Fr (at least 2 languages are require)

The knowledge list below is not exhaustive. Making applications work in such a complex environment as ours requires a thorough knowledge of modern IT environments:

* Microsoft Server 2003 OS

* Windows XP

* APP-V sequencing

* XenApp & Appsense suite

* The conversion from MSI to APP-V is an asset

* WBEM - Windows Management Instrumentation

* Windows security system (ACLs)

* Active Directory & GPOs

* Registry functionality



Network

* Principles of TCP/IP based networks: DHCP & DNS, switching & routing, IP protocols, IP tools of troubleshooting, ...

* Dial-up networking



Deployment of applications:

* Very good knowledge of APP-V

* Deployment of application streams with SCCM

* Scripting & programming

* VBScript

* Visual Basic using Win32 API calls

Rate : Around 400€/day
