Thomas Renaers, Director of Gateway Solutions

Thomas started his career as recruitment consultant with a big multinational. Having more than 5 years experience in IT recruitment Thomas decided to start his own company.
He’s specialised in the recruitment and selection of infrastructure profiles for permanent and freelance roles.
Nelly Ehab - Office Manager
After her studies in history of art Nelly started her career in Tourism. Her experience abroad went from being a travel guide to travel agent making sure that every holidaymaker was satisfied. She is fluent in French, English and Dutch and speaks German as well. Nelly is highly communicative, analytical and commercial. In 2007 she returned to Belgium and started her career as an Internal Sales Recruitment Consultant for a multinational specialised in IT, Sales and Finance Recruitment. After recruiting some top consultants Nelly took the opportunity to help people develop their sales and recruiting skills.
The last 3 years she worked as a Sales Trainer and Performance Coach for IT, Sales and Financial Recruitment Consultants for as well permanent as contracting divisions.
Within the BK2 Group Nelly is responsible for the day to day running of the back office. Next to that she is active as Recruitment- and Sales Trainer and Performance Coach.
Joris Vivijs - Managing Director

Joris graduated in Marketing and is currently obtaining a BaNaBa in Intercultural Management and International Communication at Lessius. He started his career as Assistant Team Leader at De VoorZorg. The last 4 years he specialised in IT Recruitment, first within the SThree Group, later as
the Managing Partner of Target Recruitment. In July 2010 he became the overall director of the BK2 Group. Joris is responisble for the day to day management and driving the business foreward.
